This position is typically paired with kids ministry. You are the first person the kids see when they check-in for kids church. You help greet new families, put in their contact information, and get kids settles in classrooms. You also would help with the check-out process at the end of service.
Welcome our guests with a warm smile and a friendly greeting! The New Here team is passionate about hospitality and connecting with first-time guests. We love making friends and hearing their stories. The New Here team greets new guests and exchanges their information for a small gift. The team can also answer questions about the church and its ministries.
Ushers are part of the hospitality team and help with offering, communion, and special events.
The production team provides support during the worship experience through sound, media, and streaming.
The capture team is serious about stories. Stories move us and everyone has one. We want those stories captured on Sunday mornings.
The coffee team fills people with caffeine and Jesus! This team is organized and friendly to all guests and newcomers.
Our mission is to empower individuals to follow Jesus throughout their lives. We strive to help students not only know God, but also understand their purpose and make a lasting impact in the world. You can be a part of that by volunteering to serve on Wednesday nights!
Freedom Kids exists to lead kids to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. We do this by loving each child as our own and making the Bible come to life through teaching, worship, and prayer. Freedom Kids encompasses all age groups: kids church (school age), tots (ages 3-5), or nursery (under 3). Volunteers can choose which age group they prefer to serve.
The worship team invites each church family member into corporate worship that helps them connect to God in a deep meaningful way that facilitates life change.
Greeters are passionate about hospitality in that everyone is greeted by a person, not a door.
Yes. We perform background checks on all volunteers who fill out the volunteer application. Background checks are required for kids ministry, youth, capture team, gatekeepers, and ushers.
No. We utilize a service app that allows you to block out dates you are not available and specify how many Sundays you would like to serve. We utilize a serve one, sit one model for our volunteers, so you can volunteer and also attend the service.
We require kids ministry volunteers to wear a T-shirt that is provided to all kids ministry volunteers. We only ask volunteers to dress appropriately when serving.
